PM Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable Onsite Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support employees on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, assist with time tracking, and communicate effectively with management and staff.
Responsibilities:
Monitor employee attendance and performance Ensure tasks are completed efficiently Communicate with team members and management Assist with basic reporting and coordination
Requirements:
Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual Ability to manage and support a team Previous supervisory experience preferred
