Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth store functioning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing store staff and promoting a positive work environment
• Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising
• Implement and maintain operational procedures for efficient store operations
• Support budgeting activities and monitor financial performance
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
• Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing staff members, support other store locations as necessary
• Manage shift schedules effectively to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience in management or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Knowledge of budgeting, inventory control, and shift management
• Familiarity with recruiting, training development, and staff supervision
• Proficiency in using POS systems and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Preferred Skills:
