General Manager Job Summary:

Assistant Managers assist the GM in managing all aspects of the store on a full-time basis, as assigned by the General Manager. This individual plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. In this role, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for leading customer product and service standards by example Assists with scheduling, inventory, BOH paperwork, staffing, etc. Foster an environment of team work, teach and train new employees Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience Must be able to perform, teach and train all aspects of Crew Members and Delivery Driver job descriptions Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact Execute quality store operations Clean store, merchandise and restrooms, as necessary Must be able to operate food preparation machinery Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies Must learn basic operations of
