An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

This is primarily a Friday, Saturday, and Sunday position, with some weekday shifts as needed. We're looking for someone who:
- Provides amazing customer service
- Is dependable, punctual, and takes initiative
- Has strong attention to detail
- Can work quickly and stay organized in a busy environment
- Can handle cash/card transactions and customer orders
- Helps keep the food truck clean, stocked, and organized
- Can prepare and serve desserts and drinks
- Is comfortable working independently when needed
- Can take direction and step up when something needs to be done
- Can take quality photos and videos of the food truck, desserts, customers, and daily operations for our social media
- Is comfortable helping with content creation as needed Experience in food service, retail, management, or content creation is a plus, but not required.
This is a hands-on position. We need someone who is ready to work, can multitask, stays organized, and genuinely cares about providing customers with a great experience.
