Store Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets. Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties. Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities. Recruit, interview, train, and develop staff members to foster a high-performing team environment. Implement employee orientation programs and conduct ongoing training & development initiatives. Monitor store performance metrics, prepare budgets, and manage payroll and bookkeeping tasks efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and maintain organized administrative records. Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in supervising retail teams and managing store operations. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math for accurate sales analysis. Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, merchandising, and marketing to enhance store visibility and profitability. Demonstrated experience in recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, and training & development. Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
