This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, dependable, organized, and knows how to bring people together while keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily clinic operations and support both front office and clinical teams
  • Help create a positive, team oriented culture focused on patient care and employee support
  • Coach, guide, and empower employees while maintaining accountability
  • Assist with staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational problem solving
  • Partner with providers and operational teams to improve patient experience and clinic performance
  • Support employee growth, communication, and collaboration across departments
  • Help maintain an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed What We're Looking For
  • Strong management and communication skills
  • Someone who leads by example and works well with all personality types
  • Ability to stay organized and problem solve in a fast paced environment
  • Healthcare, customer service, or clinic experience is a plus Qualifications Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred, but not required
  • 2 to 5 years of supervisory, leadership, or operations experience preferred
  • Healthcare, clinic, customer service, or fast paced operational experience is a plus Share job details to
