How you'll contribute A Respiratory Therapy Supervisor who excels in this role: Supervise daily staff activities for an assigned area or functions. Determine, coordinate, and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels. Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Perform or assist with performance evaluation and disciplinary actions. Assess and endure quality of services delivered and facilitate staff development programs. Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols. Perform staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels. Additional requirements include:
