Job description Join Fascinations, a respected leader in sensual products, apparel, and wellness education, as an entry-level onsite manager with keyholder responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants a frontline leadership opportunity in a specialty retail setting that values discretion, product knowledge, and an elevated customer experience. You will support daily store operations, ensure a welcoming and professional environment, and represent the brand known for its exceptional customer service. This position offers hands-on management experience, regular interaction with customers and team members, and the chance to grow within a focused, values-driven company. responsibilities Key Responsibilities Open and close the store as a designated keyholder, ensuring security protocols are followed and the store is ready for business. Lead the sales floor during shifts: coach and support team members, maintain service standards, and drive a positive customer experience. Handle cash, process transactions accurately, and reconcile registers at shift end. Maintain merchandising standards, execute planograms, and manage inventory replenishment and stock organization. Provide knowledgeable, discreet product guidance and wellness education to customers while maintaining a professional environment. Monitor loss prevention practices, address potential risks, and report incidents promptly to management. Complete daily operational tasks and reporting, including sales logs, staff notes, and basic administrative duties. skills qualifications Required Qualifications Ability to work onsite at 21-MARANA, AZ - Ina Rd/I-10 with flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Strong customer service orientation with clear, professional communication skills. Basic cash-handling experience and comfort using POS systems; attention to detail for register reconciliation. Reliable, trustworthy, and able to fulfill keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing, security procedures). Physical ability to perform retail tasks, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and restocking shelves. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to complete a background check. Preferred Qualifications Prior retail or supervisory experience, even at an entry-level management capacity. Experience or interest in intimate wellness, apparel, or specialty retail products with a customer-education approach. Familiarity with loss prevention principles and basic inventory management systems. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to better serve the local community.
