Our team values respect, exploration, and the belief that every child's future is an exciting adventure. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Full Time Preschool Closer to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and safe closing of our preschool classrooms each day. You will manage classroom transitions, support children's emotional well-being during departure, and maintain a clean, organized environment. This position offers an engaging opportunity to work closely with young children, applying your expertise in early childhood education and classroom management to create a positive end-of-day experience. Responsibilities Oversee the safe dismissal of children, ensuring all children are accounted for and released to authorized guardians Support children through calming activities and behavior management strategies during transition times Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces at the end of each day Assist with light classroom tidying, including sanitizing toys and materials used during the day Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding daily updates or concerns Support teachers in preparing materials for the next day's activities and lessons Ensure compliance with safety protocols and licensing regulations at all times Experience Prior experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies Classroom management skills with an emphasis on behavior management techniques Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and literacy education methods Experience in toddler care, special education, or Montessori methods is a plus Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families Previous roles involving classroom experience, teaching physical education, or tutoring will be advantageous Join us to make a meaningful difference in young lives while working in a lively, supportive environment that values your growth as an early childhood education professional!

Pay:

$46,166.55 - $55,598.43 per year
