You are accountable for your store's people, performance, culture, and daily execution ensuring the systems and habits are keeping it all running, whether you're on the floor or not. You will report to the District Manager and lead a team of retail gaming PC sales specialists and computer repair technicians. Training will take place between our three valley locations. Once the store is running at the level we expect, you will transition to our Peoria location.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN SALES LEADERSHIP

You own the sales funnel from first contact to close ensuring the processes in place being followed, the pipeline is worked daily, and your team is executing consistently and holding the standards. Own and manage the sales funnel across all channels, reviewed and actioned daily Drive in-store sales by leading by example and coaching your team on customer interactions Identify and convert service-to-sales opportunities — repair customers are buying customers Ensure warranty upsells happen consistently on every sale and build that habit across your team

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

You are a coach first. You set the standard, develop your people, and create a culture where the team wants to perform. Lead, coach, and develop a team of retail gaming PC sales specialists and computer repair technicians Oversee the tech repair function, including queue management, technician workflows, and repair standards Run regular stand-ups to align on numbers, priorities, promotions, and blockers Hold team members accountable to performance, attendance, and conduct standards and address issues promptly

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

You own the store's operational standards and are responsible for ensuring your team upholds them consistently. Oversee all customer interactions from check-in to check-out and own any issues without waiting for escalation Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and readiness across the showroom and tech bay at all times Manage scheduling to ensure adequate coverage across both sales and tech functions Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inter-store transfers Monitor CSAT scores and online reviews ensuring customer satisfaction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE

3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in tech, gaming, or specialty retail Proven ability to build accountable, high-performing teams Strong sales instincts and experience managing a multi-channel funnel Passion for PC hardware and gaming — solid knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, RAM, storage, and peripherals Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset Organized and operationally independent, comfortable owning scheduling, inventory, and daily execution Enough PC hardware and repair knowledge to lead your tech team with confidence — you don't need to be a technician, but you need to understand the work

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
