Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees, providing comprehensive training on customer service, POS systems, inventory management, and sales techniques Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and payroll processing to optimize staffing efficiency Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to attract customers and increase store traffic Monitor sales performance using retail math principles; analyze data to develop action plans for improvement Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving complaints effectively, and maintaining high standards of communication skills Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or grocery store environments with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of retail sales, inventory management, POS systems, and cash handling procedures Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective employee orientation and training capabilities Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, interviewing, and developing team members for success Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and store merchandising techniques Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork; experience in assistant manager roles is preferred Outstanding communication skills; ability to handle phone etiquette professionally and foster positive customer interactions Familiarity with retail math calculations such as pricing strategies and sales management metrics Experience in managing store operations including shift management, marketing initiatives, and inventory control Join us as a Manager to lead with energy and enthusiasm!
