Duties Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize productivity Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase revenue and market share Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising efforts to optimize store presentation and profitability Conduct recruiting activities including interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and facilitating employee orientation Monitor daily store operations including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering procedures to ensure smooth transactions Manage scheduling shifts, supervising staff during peak hours, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained Analyze sales data, prepare reports on sales performance, and adjust tactics accordingly to meet or exceed targets Requirements Proven experience in retail management or sales management with supervisory responsibilities Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency preferred Demonstrated expertise in employee recruitment, training & development, and team supervision Knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, merchandising, and store operations including POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to manage budgets, perform retail math accurately, and handle administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Leadership qualities with experience in supervising staff during shifts while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence Familiarity with marketing strategies, retail math calculations, and retail store policies is highly desirable Join us as a Sales Manager where your leadership will energize our team!
