We are searching for a Convenience Store Manager to take the lead at a high-volume fuel and retail operation located on the beautiful Northern California coast in Blue Lake, CA. This is more than a position where you simply maintain the status quo. We're looking for someone who wants to lead a team, take ownership of the operation, solve problems, and make things better. As Convenience Store Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation while building a team that delivers great service in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, scheduling, and developing your team Managing daily convenience store and fuel operations Creating a welcoming and efficient customer experience Overseeing inventory, ordering, receiving, and product availability Maintaining strong cash-handling and operational controls Managing labor and operating expenses Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe operation Ensuring company policies and applicable requirements are followed Finding ways to improve sales, service, efficiency, and profitability Building a workplace where employees understand expectations and work together as a team Do You Have What It Takes? We're interested in candidates with experience managing a convenience store, fuel station, retail operation, or similar high-volume business. Don't have the Manager title yet? That doesn't necessarily rule you out. We will also consider motivated, high-performing candidates with at least 5 years of experience in a related supervisory position who are ready to take the next step in their career.
