The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills, along with a foundational understanding of the personal injury claims process. Duties Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files under department manager supervision. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters. Schedule medical appointments and follow up with providers for records and billing. Review and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and other case-related documents. Maintain up-to-date and accurate file documentation within the case management system. Skills This candidate must have prior experience working in a Personal Injury Law Firm as a Case Manager Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple cases simultaneously. 1-2 years of experience in personal injury case management (plaintiff-side preferred). Familiarity with personal injury terminology, processes, and case lifecycle. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a legal environment.
