Job Description
Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced automotive salesperson who is ready to take the leap into sales management. This is a growth opportunity for someone who already knows how to sell cars, follow up, close customers, work internet leads, and produce, but wants to learn the desk, help lead a team, and grow into a management role. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, support the sales floor, assist with follow-up and appointments, help improve CRM activity, and learn desking, deal structure, appraisals, lender basics, and management processes. This may be a good fit for a top salesperson, closer, internet salesperson, floor lead, assistant manager, or someone who feels capped out at their current store and wants a real opportunity to grow.
