We're looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our Chico, CA location. What You'll Do:

Lead and manage daily store operations Hire, train, and motivate a high-performing team Build strong customer relationships and ensure a great service experience Drive sales by recommending products and services Resolve customer and team concerns professionally Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures Collaborate with technicians and sales team on tire and auto service needs Work a flexible retail schedule, including Saturdays (store closed Sundays)

4+ years of management experience in automotive, retail, or service Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused mindset Basic automotive knowledge preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
