In this role, you will be responsible for managing the digital sales pipeline and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across all online platforms. Your expertise in automotive sales, negotiation, and customer service will drive revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales management skills and multilingual abilities to expand our digital footprint and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities Lead and manage the internet sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective coaching and support. Develop and implement innovative online marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients. Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation through closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Oversee inventory management related to online listings, ensuring accurate vehicle descriptions, pricing, and availability updates. Maintain excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and professional presentation during outbound sales calls and public speaking engagements. Requirements Proven experience in automotive or retail sales with a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, or dealership environments. Demonstrated success in high-end sales, upselling techniques, and managing a robust sales pipeline. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while providing outstanding customer service. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with CRM software platforms and inventory control systems used in automotive dealerships. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for retail math, inventory management, and retail math calculations. Experience with outbound cold calling campaigns, marketing initiatives, and public speaking engagements is preferred. Strong communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette essential for building rapport with clients.
