Clean Juice Dana Point is seeking a dedicated, hands-on Store General Manager to lead our team, drive store revenue, and become a vital figure in our store's growth and community presence. In this role, you won't just manage from behind a screen—you'll lead by example on the floor, cultivate an uplifting store culture, mentor our Juicerista team, and uphold impeccable cleanliness and organization across the entire shop.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Culture:

Interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members. Build an energetic, accountable, and supportive team culture centered on high standards and great guest experiences.

Labor & Scheduling:

Manage weekly team schedules via 7shifts to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours while hitting target labor percentages.

Inventory & Ordering:

Manage daily inventory and product ordering. Coordinate with corporate suppliers while independently managing supplemental orders with local produce and food vendors.

Revenue & Marketing:

Drive store sales through excellent service and run impactful local marketing campaigns and community initiatives to bring in new guests.

Cleanliness & Organization:

Maintain spotless food safety standards and keep the entire store organized, efficient, and visual-ready at all times.

Hands-On Store Operations:

Lead by example by stepping onto the line during peak rushes, preparing recipes to standard, opening/closing the store, and keeping overall operations seamless.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Swiftly address store issues, guest feedback, and operational roadblocks with clear judgment, strong communication, and a true willingness to go the extra mile.

What We're Looking For Experience:

Prior management or leadership experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment is strongly preferred—ideally within a juice bar, smoothie shop, or health-focused café.

Mindset:

Proactive problem solver who is self-motivated, highly communicative, detail-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile for the team and guests.

Standards:

High standard for cleanliness, organization, and food safety.

Tech-Savvy:

Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., 7shifts) and POS systems (e.g., Toast) is a major plus.

Availability:
