The Assistant Manager works closely with the Store Manager to ensure excellent customer service, maintain food quality standards, supervise team members, and help achieve sales and profitability goals. This role typically includes shift leadership, employee coaching, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts. Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees. Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards. Support inventory control, ordering, and stock management. Assist with scheduling and labor management. Handle cash management and daily financial procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Help achieve sales and operational performance goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math and computer skills. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
