Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and maintain organized store environment through effective organizational skills. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the retail industry. Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or team management experience. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies, sales management, budgeting, and basic math skills. Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development programs. Ability to perform under pressure with excellent time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with business operations is advantageous but not required. Strong managerial communication skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
