If you excel at building rapport, demonstrating value, and guiding customers to the perfect insurance solutions, we want to hear from you. As an Insurance Closer, you'll be instrumental in converting warm leads into loyal clients. You'll work directly with customers who have already expressed interest, focusing on understanding their unique needs and presenting tailored State Farm products. Your expertise will help them feel confident and secure in their insurance choices.

What You'll Do:

Engage with walk-in customers and pre-qualified leads who are ready to discuss their insurance needs. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand individual and family protection requirements. Clearly explain the benefits and features of various State Farm insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies. Address customer questions and concerns with confidence and provide effective solutions. Skillfully navigate objections and guide conversations towards a successful close. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide personalized recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on the retail floor. Maintain accurate customer records and process applications efficiently.

Required License:

You must hold or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license and a Life and Health Insurance license. Proven experience in a closing sales role , demonstrating a strong track record of success. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. A customer-centric approach, with a genuine desire to help people find the right solutions. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, onsite position offering a competitive compensation structure of base plus commission , with an expected earning potential between $17 and $25 per hour. We believe in rewarding your hard work and success.
