This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in office operations, administration, and management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn various aspects of office management. Responsibilities Coordinate with cross-functional teams to perform product development and cost negotiation with manufacturer, optimize supply chain process to control cost and inventory level. Support sales & marketing team in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business environment, and market trend to identify new business opportunities. Understand and maintain product specifications and assure quality consistency for the product lines assigned. Analyze quotations from vendors, negotiate cost, estimate landing cost, and establish sales pricing strategy. Plan new shipments with vendors to maintain healthy inventory level and meet sales demands. Monitor purchase orders and maintain business communication with vendors, monitor and optimize the order delivery process. Communicate with clients for in daily order processing, propose sales/promotion plan, and present new products. Process sales orders from clients, communicate with warehouse and 3rd party carrier to arrange delivery of orders. Coordinate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of outgoing payment to vendors and receive payment from clients in time. Requirements Bachelor's degree required, Minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred Fluent in English (both verbally and written). Bilingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus Strong follow-up and time management skills with great attention to details Ability to relate and communicate across all levels in the organization Ability to prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure smooth workflow, and multi-task. Excellent computer skill is a must, with a very strong command of Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc). This position requires an individual who is self-motivated and detail-oriented with an inquisitive nature and the desire to solve problems A strong work ethic with a positive "can-do" attitude and one who takes pride in the quality of their work Excellent interpersonal skills with sales motivation
