Responsibilities include:

Lead by example and actively contribute to individual and store sales goals Assist with coaching, motivating, and developing Sales Advocates Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve customer concerns Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, protection, and other services Monitor daily sales performance and help the team meet or exceed sales goals Assist with training and onboarding new employees Support employee accountability and performance expectations Assist with scheduling and daily staffing needs Support inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and store operations Ensure compliance with Cricket Wireless and Spacetel policies and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and customer-ready store Support local marketing and community outreach activities Assume leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are: Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude Motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals Interested in coaching, leadership, and employee development Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and accountable Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Wireless industry experience is a plus Strong sales and customer service skills Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Flexible scheduling based on business needs Weekend availability required Evening and holiday availability may be required Grow With Us At Spacetel LLC , we believe in developing our employees and providing opportunities for advancement.
