Primetime Nutrition is seeking a dependable and service-driven Keyholder to help support daily store operations and uphold our company standards. This position is part-time (24-32 hours per week) and plays a crucial role in maintaining store access, ensuring compliance, and promoting customer satisfaction. The Keyholder is a trusted team member who supports store leadership, not a supervisory position, and works closely under the Manager's direction . Basic Functions The Keyholder is responsible for opening and closing the store, maintaining compliance and security, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role assists with cash handling, store organization, and basic operational tasks as directed by the Manager. The position offers valuable experience for those looking to grow into future leadership roles while upholding the company's service, safety, and compliance standards. Essential Duties
  • Opens and/or closes the store following all security and cash-handling procedures.
  • Completes daily opening and closing checklists with accuracy and accountability.
  • Ensures store is customer-ready, clean, organized, and compliant with all safety standards.
  • Delivers a friendly, helpful experience for all customers.
  • Supports Salesclerks with stocking, customer assistance, and
WIC/SNAP EBT
transactions.
  • Handles minor customer issues and reports escalations to the Manager promptly.
  • Assists with ordering, receiving, and inventory control when delegated.
  • Prepares deposits or daily logs under the Manager's supervision.
  • Monitors adherence to rest and meal break compliance during shifts.
  • Ensures accurate merchandising, product rotation, and freshness standards.
  • Helps train new Salesclerks on store procedures and customer service practices.
  • Maintains communication with the Manager regarding incidents, issues, or updates.
  • Acts as a reliable "shift lead" presence while adhering to company policy — without assuming supervisory authority.

Experience:
1+ year in retail, grocery, or customer service preferred.
    Education:
    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
      Skills:
      Dependability, cash-handling accuracy, and attention to detail.
      • Prior experience with POS systems and daily store operations preferred.
      • Ability to work independently while following established processes.
      • Strong communication and teamwork skills. Physical and Scheduling Requirements
      • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in cold storage (~38°F) for short periods.
      • Frequent standing, walking, and bending throughout the shift.
      • Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
      • Flexibility to support coverage needs or short-notice schedule changes.
