Manage day-to-day janitorial services for 14 City-owned/leased facilities.

Supervise cleaning crews and coordinate site-specific schedules.

Ensure buildings are properly secured after cleaning.

Perform site inspections and correct missed work.

Support after-hours service windows across various city departments.

Oversee completion of standard, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual cleaning tasks.

Requirements

Hands-on janitorial/custodial operations supervision experience for multi-site facilities.

Ability to manage cleaning crews, after-hours schedules, and work quality.

Understanding of restroom sanitation, floor care, and secure facility access procedures.

Completion of required criminal background checks and fingerprinting.

Ability to pass DOJ Live Scan clearance if assigned to the Pacifica Police Department.

US Citizenship and local to Pacifica, CA.

Preferences

Experience with public restroom hazards and PPE use.
