Pay Range:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour (Higher range for experienced Notaries, Live Scan-certified candidates, and those with UPS Store or print services experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and dynamic Store Manager to lead operations at our new UPS Store in Poway . This is a great opportunity for someone with UPS Store experience (Primary Operator or Assistant Manager experience preferred) or someone eager to take ownership in a startup-style setting. Someone who can drive sales and revenue. They must understands bottom line impact of their decisions. Immediate hire possible for candidates with the right background. If you're a certified Notary, have Live Scan experience, know your way around printing, and can lead a team to hit sales goals, we want to talk to you today!

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the store's daily operations with efficiency and professionalism. Increase store sales and revenue. Must be good at problem solving, reliable, and honest. Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team. Ensure excellent customer service and fast, friendly support for all store services. Create and manage staff schedules; monitor time and attendance. Manage inventory, ordering, and basic financial reporting. Handle POS operations, cash reconciliation, and banking. Conduct interviews and lead onboarding for new hires. Collaborate with ownership on promotions and marketing efforts. Implement and track sales goals, including upselling services and growing store visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience managing or assisting in a UPS Store or similar retail setting. California Notary Public license and/or willingness to become a Notary. Experience with Live Scan fingerprinting services (certified preferred). Working knowledge of print and copy equipment (training available). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Comfort working in a startup or new store environment . Strong sales and customer service mindset.

Compensation:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour , depending on experience, certifications, and skills. Higher pay offered for candidates with: Prior UPS Store experience. Active Notary Public commission. Live Scan certification. Print/copy center experience. Proven sales or marketing performance.

Weekly hours:

Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Bonus potential:

Sales incentives and performance bonuses available. (Conditions apply)

Additional Information:
