Duties Supervise and coordinate daily valet parking operations, ensuring efficient vehicle handling and guest satisfaction Lead and motivate a team of valet attendants, providing training, support, and performance feedback Oversee guest services to deliver a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for all visitors Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions and financial integrity Ensure compliance with safety standards, including proper vehicle handling techniques such as manual transmission driving and parking protocols Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management to address concerns promptly and professionally Maintain detailed records of vehicle movements, shift reports, incident logs, and operational audits Qualifications Proven experience in guest services or hospitality environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members in a fast-paced setting Ability to handle cash transactions accurately; retail math proficiency is preferred Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and calmly under pressure Join us to lead an energetic team dedicated to delivering top-tier luxury valet parking experiences!
