This person will work closely with management to implement operational changes, improve company procedures, follow up with supervisors and employees, and ensure new policies and expectations are being properly carried out. The position will help oversee a team of approximately 15 employees, including supervisors, office/administrative staff, and field technicians. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with different personalities, holding employees accountable, solving problems, and helping create more structure within the company. This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as responsibilities expand. Responsibilities Assist management with implementing new company procedures, policies, and operational changes. Follow up with supervisors and employees to ensure changes and procedures are being properly implemented. Help improve organization, accountability, communication, and workflow throughout the company. Assist in overseeing employees, including supervisors, office staff, and field technicians. Identify operational issues and recommend practical solutions. Assist with employee performance documentation, corrective actions, and write-ups as directed by management. Help establish and maintain clear company policies, procedures, and expectations. Follow up on assignments, deadlines, and outstanding items to ensure tasks are completed. Help improve communication and workplace accountability between management, office personnel, supervisors, and field employees. Assist with customer, vendor, and project-related matters as needed. Become familiar with the company's services, customers, projects, and field operations. As the position develops, assist management with business development, customer relationships, and obtaining new job opportunities. Perform other operational responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous experience in construction, field services, maintenance, property services, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Previous supervisory, operations, or team leadership experience preferred. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable holding employees accountable and addressing performance issues professionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work with both office and field personnel. Proactive and able to identify problems without waiting to be told every step. Comfortable working in a growing environment where procedures and responsibilities may change and improve over time. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and general office technology. Must be dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential employee and company information. We are looking for someone who can help management bring more structure, consistency, and accountability to the company while building strong working relationships with both office and field employees. Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
