In this role, you will be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and managing daily operations. Responsibilities Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, pricing strategies, and inventory control to maximize sales potential Handle all aspects of sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems while ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering procedures Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts to build a strong team Manage store operations such as purchasing, budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers and increase store visibility while maintaining excellent customer service standards Enforce store policies on safety, cleanliness, and organization; supervise stocking activities and ensure proper merchandising standards are maintained Utilize effective communication skills to resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while fostering a positive shopping environment Experience Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail sales or a related field with demonstrated leadership capabilities Strong background in retail management including inventory control, merchandising, pricing, and sales management Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks Familiarity with retail math concepts such as budgeting, sales analysis, and retail math calculations for pricing strategies Demonstrated ability to train staff on customer service excellence, product knowledge, and store policies Prior experience in recruiting, employee orientation, shift management, marketing initiatives, and team development is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences while leading a vibrant team!
