Key Holder- Part Time

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Key Holder to join our team part-time. The person in this position assists the store manager in coordinating, and executing all activities needed to perform an exceptional customer experience and maintain a fun, positive work environment. Responsibilities Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. Participate in employee orientation and training programs to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Assisting inventory control, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively. Providing guidance and support to the team to enhance performance and productivity. Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and improve store visibility. Maintain effective communication with staff and management regarding store operations and customer feedback. Light cleaning and maintaining of the store. Skills Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling best practices. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, employees, and upper management. Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising techniques, and retail sales strategies. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff towards achieving common goals. Projected Total Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
