Retail Store Manager

We're hiring a results-driven Store Manager to lead a busy women's fashion boutique.

You are:

Sales-focused and obsessed with customer connection and styling A hands-on leader who drives results from the sales floor Strong at coaching, accountability, and building high-performing teams You will: Lead the store to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics Actively sell on the floor and model relationship selling and add-on behavior Train, coach, and hold the team accountable to results and standards Manage scheduling, productivity, and peak-hour coverage Enforce company policies and ensure strong operational execution Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store

Pay:

Up to $35/hr + bonuses. Top performers can reach $75,000/year

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
