Nate's Saw & Mower is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team! We are seeking someone with management and retail experience who enjoys working with customers, leading a team, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

Must be available to work Saturdays Previous management or supervisory experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skillsExperience with inventory, merchandising, and sales Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, organized, and self-motivatedBasic computer skills requiredKnowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Responsibilities:

Assist with the daily operation of the store Provide outstanding customer service Support and supervise employeesHelp manage inventory and merchandise displays Open and close the store as needed Assist customers with product selection and service needs Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store
