Essential Job Functions:
World Famous Friendly Customer Service to customers and teammates. Create a "team" atmosphere. Lead, motivate, coach & direct team members. Writing & reviewing all orders for accuracy. Maintain inventory accuracy with handheld daily weekly scans. Working all product shipments to shelf. Merchandise & build creative displays. Keep all shelves & center store clean, faced and well displayed. Knowledgeable with all products on display to assist shoppers. Employees are expected to report to work on time as scheduled, in proper work attire, prepared for their full shift. Learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures Standing on your feet continuously on a regular basis. Abide by all company policies as stated in the employee handbook.
Knowledge Skills Needed:
World famous friendly attitude with customers & team members. Ability to lead, motivate, coach & direct team members. Ability to hold team members accountable for work performance Ability to build creative displays to maximize sales. Ability to count and handle cash with accuracy. Ability to read & understand written instructions Understands basic math calculations. Ability to manage time effectively & multitask with a sense of urgency. Ability to learn, follow, and model all safety operating procedures Ability to lift heavy objects up to 45 pounds. Able to stand on your feet continuously on a regular basis.
