Store Manager

Who we're looking for: This is not a typical retail manager position. It is a social and strategic leadership role requiring someone who thinks like a manager, acts like an entrepreneur, and protects the brand like it's their own. We are growing. We need someone who does not just keep pace but sees around corners and anticipates where both the store, and the business is going, and invites everyone to join. You will own the retail experience from revenue generation to team development to community engagement. You will lead a culture of passionate sales expertise, operational precision, and authentic customer connection. The retail store manager needs to see themselves as the "brand mayor"—taking ownership of bringing the outside community in and nurturing the relationships that keep our brand strong and relevant in the ski industry.
