This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage a diverse team, ensure compliance with company policies, and deliver exceptional service to clients. The Onsite Supervisor Bilingual will play a pivotal role in coordinating activities, fostering positive relationships, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities in both languages, and a comprehensive understanding of human resources and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily onsite activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective talent management and training initiatives Coordinate recruitment efforts including campus recruitment, external recruiting, and high-volume hiring campaigns Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to fill staffing needs promptly Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting performance evaluations, and supporting employee development Utilize talent acquisition software and HR systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System), UltiPro, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing, Kronos, and Paychex for efficient candidate sourcing and HR management Ensure compliance with employment law in talent management practices and HR legal requirements Develop relationships with internal departments and external partners through negotiation, social media marketing (recruitment), and relationship management strategies Oversee onboarding processes including employee orientation and training programs Maintain accurate records of employee evaluations, attendance using Kronos or UltiPro systems, and other HR documentation Support the implementation of HR policies aligned with legal standards while fostering a positive work environment
Skills:
Proven experience in full cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and high-volume recruitment strategies Strong negotiation skills coupled with talent sourcing expertise across multiple channels Proficiency in talent management software such as ATS platforms, HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, Kenexa BrassRing Knowledge of employment law applicable to talent acquisition and employee relations Excellent communication skills in both languages to facilitate effective interaction with diverse teams Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment Skilled in social media marketing for recruitment purposes to attract top talent Experience in employee orientation, evaluation processes, and training & development initiatives Familiarity with HR legal compliance standards to ensure organizational adherence If you are an energetic leader with a passion for human resources and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
