Right At School is currently hiring for the 2026-2027 school year, beginning in August 2026. We are seeking a part-time, After School Site Program Manager within the Weld County School District Re-3J at these before and after-school locations:

After-School Site Program Manager:

starting at $25-$27 per hour (based on education, years of licensed group childcare experience). Part-Time Position Details- Located in the Weld County School District Re-3J (see adresses above)

Schedule:

2:30 pm-6:00 pm (may change slightly). Must be able to work Monday through Friday.

NO WEEKENDS!

Start Date:

August 2026 (may have training days end of July)

Starting Wage:

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• One year of supervisory experience
• Verifiable education/experience

REQUIRED

-4yr degree education, elementary education, specialty in art/human service (social work, psych, etc.); OR 2yr degrees and 6mo (910 hrs) of experience from the age of 18;

OR 5, 460

hrs of experience (2-3yrs) w/ 6 semesters of schooling or 40 clocked hours of training for school-aged children

• Able to work the split shift, Monday through Friday!

You'll drive the mission by: Organize program materials for lessons and activities, as well as document attendance, incidents and other observation Deliver our dynamic daily curriculum to engage children in academic and social character-building that expands school day learning in a meaningful way Using your coursework training and our in-person training, model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety, well-being and attention of all children while supporting homework completion, leading fun fitness activities, and guiding children at play Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel Model positive guidance and effective classroom management to maintain the safety and well-being and attention of all children Meets regularly with the Program Manager regarding professional progress and team accountability Ideal Candidates will have the following: Outstanding customer service and relationship building skills Works well in a team environment At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13 years of age Ability to lift 25lbs Excellent communication skills with varied audience including children, parents, staff and school personnel Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living Respect for and dedication to working with children with special needs A love for children!

Are you state required 21 years of age or older?

• REQUIRED

• Documentation of one of the following educational requirements: ■ A 4 year degree with a major such as recreation, outdoor education, education with a specialty in art, elementary of early childhood education, or a subject in the human service field ■ 2 years of college training and 6 months of satisfactory and verifiable full time experience in the care and supervision of four or more children (since turning 18) ■ 3 years of satisfactory and verifiable full time or part time equivalent experience in the care and supervision of four or more children (since turning 18), plus 6 semester hours or 9 quarter hours of course work from a regionally accredited college or university OR 40 clock hours of training in course work applicable to school age children and department approved courses in injury prevention and playground safety for school age children (within the first 9 months of employment)

REQUIRED

3 years of direct experience working with children under 13 in a center based facility

REQUIRED

: 1 year of supervisory experience College coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field Ability to complete
