Inbound Sales Closer Tax Relief Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Inbound Sales Closer to join our team as an employee. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from potential clients who contact our company directly, as well as follow up on inbound emailed leads. You will be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new customers by providing tailored solutions that meet client needs, all within a structured sales process. This is an employed position with company-provided inbound leads, ensuring you focus on closing sales rather than prospecting or cold calling. Compensation is provided through employment, including base pay and commissions based on performance.Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from potential clients contacting the company, providing a prompt and professional first point of contact. Follow up on inbound emailed leads in a timely manner to engage prospects and advance them through the sales process. Close sales with qualified inbound leads to generate new business and meet revenue targets. Track and report on sales activities and progress to ensure customer acquisition goals are achieved. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and sales in the company database. Upsell additional services where appropriate to maximize value for clients and the company. Qualify all incoming leads to ensure they meet sales criteria and are suitable for service offerings. Communicate clearly with prospects about our services, fee structure, and benefits. Prepare and review documentation for new clients to facilitate smooth onboarding.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 1 year of experience in sales closing, preferably in tax resolution, debt settlement, insurance, or related fields. Experience handling high volumes of inbound calls (40+ per day) in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.Pay:
$120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per yearBenefits:
