Retail Key Holder — CBD Boutique & Gifts We are seeking a refined, customer-focused Key Holder to support daily operations within our upscale CBD retail environment. This position is ideal for an individual who combines strong sales acumen with a thoughtful, service-driven approach. About the Role As a Key Holder, you will play an integral role in delivering a seamless and elevated in-store experience. You will act as a trusted resource for customers, guiding them through product selections while maintaining a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Core Responsibilities Offer personalized product guidance tailored to individual wellness goals Create a polished, high-touch retail experience from entry to checkout Cultivate repeat business through relationship-driven service Maintain current knowledge of CBD products, usage, and emerging trends Support store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory management Qualifications Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment Availability for full-time (35+ hours) or part-time (25+ hours) scheduling Bilingual abilities preferred (English/Spanish or additional language) Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally composed and attentive demeanor Professional presentation aligned with a premium retail setting Interest in wellness products; CBD knowledge is a plus (training provided) What We Offer Competitive compensation Employee discounts Ongoing education and product training Opportunity for growth into management positions
