This role is similar to an assistant manager but does not include financial responsibilities. Instead, the Crew Lead focuses on team leadership, catering scheduling, wholesale account coordination, staff development, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. As the on-shift leader, you'll help keep the shop running smoothly, support team members, and ensure every guest enjoys the best ice cream in Colorado. Key Responsibilities Daily Shop Operations

• Lead the team during shifts, maintain efficient workflow, and ensure excellent customer service. Scheduling Support
• Manage schedule adjustments after schedules are posted, including call-offs, shift coverage, and staffing needs during busy periods. Staff Training
• Train new team members, reinforce company standards, and provide ongoing coaching as needed. Catering Coordination
• Schedule catering events, communicate with clients, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time. Wholesale Account Management
• Maintain relationships with wholesale partners, track orders, and coordinate order fulfillment. Customer Experience
• Greet and assist customers, answer questions, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Team Leadership
• Motivate staff, promote teamwork, and lead by example to create a positive workplace culture. Shop Maintenance
• Monitor equipment and facilities, report maintenance issues, and coordinate service when needed. Administrative Tasks
• Respond to emails, manage catering and wholesale communications, and complete basic administrative paperwork. Ice Cream Production Support
• Assist with ingredient preparation, batch production, quality control, sanitation, and packaging as needed.

Qualifications 2-5 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Must enjoy ice cream! Schedule Full-time with a guaranteed 40 hours per week during the busy season. Tuesday-Sunday during the busy season; Wednesday-Sunday during the off-season. Seasonal schedule adjustments based on business needs. Some holidays required. On-call availability for operational emergencies.
