The Store Manager plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store performance from staffing and training to inventory control and guest satisfaction while maintaining Baskin Robbins brand standards and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The salary range for this position is $18-$22/hr + annual performance based bonus.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years or older. Must have open availability. (Must be available 7 days a week and able to work both opening and closing shifts 10:30am-10:30pm) 2+ years of experience in fast food. Must have shift lead, trainor, or management experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Food Safety Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) Maintain reasonable availability outside of scheduled shifts to respond to urgent store needs. The Store Manager is expected to monitor and respond to time-sensitive phone calls and text messages from employees regarding call-offs, scheduling emergencies, operational issues, and other urgent matters. While the Store Manager is not expected to be actively working at all times, they must be reasonably accessible and prepared to provide direction or assistance when necessary, including on days off. In the event of a significant staffing or operational emergency, the Store Manager may also be expected to report to the store when needed.
Responsibilities:
The Store Manager is expected to maintain a flexible schedule and be accessible outside of regular business hours to provide guidance, address urgent issues, and support the team when critical needs arise. While day-to-day operations are handled during scheduled shifts, occasional after-hours availability is important to ensure smooth store performance and employee support. Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and a welcoming guest experience. Maintain and enforce safety, food handling, and sanitation standards. Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members to meet store needs. Foster a positive and productive work environment through coaching, motivation, and accountability. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members. Model and uphold outstanding guest service, resolving escalated concerns in a timely and professional manner. Ensure all team members deliver a friendly, fast, and consistent guest experience. Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure accurate cash handling and daily reconciliation. Support achievement of sales goals, labor targets, and profitability metrics.
