Flooring Sales Assistant Manager Sunshine Floor designs inc Bridgeport, CT Job Details Part-time | Full-time $3,200 - $4,500 a month 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Cash register Retail store experience POS systems Full Job Description Counter Sales / Operations - Flooring Supply (Pay + High Commission) We are looking for a motivated and reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist our sales counter and daily operations in a fast-paced flooring supply environment. This role requires attention to detail. You will be working directly with contractors and homeowners, processing orders. 6am start. Have your own transportation.
Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately Assist contractors at the counter (English & Spanish preferred) Maintain inventory and restocking lists Keep store organized, neat, clean and efficient
Requirements:
Experience in sales, preferred flooring, construction supply, or similar industry Strong attention to detail. Reliable, accountable, and punctual (6 AM start required) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment POS system experience Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
Compensation:
Base salary + commission (high earning potential for the right candidate) We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and wants long-term growth in a stable business. Resume required
