• Full-time Pierce Memorial is a highly respected skilled nursing facility in beautiful Brooklyn, CT, seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team.

First Shift:

7:00 AM

• 3:00 PM Shift differential: $1/hour RN Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Complete resident assessments and monitor clinical needs Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to develop and update individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Communicate changes in resident condition to the interdisciplinary team Ensure adequate staffing to meet resident care needs Promote a positive, team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional resident care Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Licensed in another state?

Connecticut RN licensure by endorsement is easy—we're happy to help!
