Retail Sales Associate/Assistant Manager - Grace Grace is looking for an energetic, fashion-loving salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely loves working with people. This is not a passive retail position. We are looking for someone confident, outgoing, driven, and excited to create exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong sales results.

Responsibilities include:

Building strong customer relationships Styling outfits and recommending merchandise Driving sales and contributing to team goals Maintaining beautiful visual presentation throughout the store Assisting with merchandising and displays Retail or sales experience is preferred, but personality, confidence, and work ethic matter most. Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends.
