Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support daily store operations and help lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and supervising staff. Prepare and serve specialty espresso drinks, iced beverages, frozen drinks, and a variety of breakfast/lunch sandwiches and food items. Greet and interact warmly with customers, creating a welcoming environment at the counter. Receive and process payments accurately; maintain and reconcile cash drawers. Monitor and maintain inventory levels; organize stock to optimize product visibility and sales. Train, orient, and mentor new employees in alignment with company policies and procedures. Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Complete daily paperwork and run daily bank deposits. Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are followed at all times. Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions to increase customer engagement. Participate in hiring and interviewing potential team members. Demonstrate flexibility by being available to work at various locations as needed. Requirements Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a fast food or coffee shop environment. Management experience, with the ability to lead by example and inspire team performance. Strong time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks. Familiarity with retail math and inventory/sales analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Warm, friendly, and cheerful personality with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive team environment. Serve-Safe Certification is a plus. Commitment to following company policies and cleaning/sanitation standards.
