What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As our Store Manager, you'll be at the helm of our bustling coffee shop, ensuring smooth operations and driving success across six key areas: 1. Sales Growth & Business Development Achieve monthly and annual sales goals. Boost average ticket size with suggestive selling and increase guest traffic. Execute company promotions, seasonal campaigns, and local marketing initiatives. Build community partnerships and generate catering or bulk order opportunities. Monitor sales trends and implement corrective actions to meet targets. 2. Profitability & Cost Control Manage labor costs and control food and beverage expenses. Minimize waste, maintain inventory accuracy, and prevent out-of-stock situations. Review profit-impacting metrics and make sound business decisions to protect profitability. 3. Guest Experience & Brand Reputation Deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service that keeps guests coming back. Monitor and resolve guest feedback and concerns promptly. Promote a welcoming atmosphere and drive positive online reviews. 4. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, hire, and train quality team members. Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and build team morale. Cross-train employees and develop future leaders to ensure a high-performing team. 5. Operational Excellence & Store Standards Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Ensure food safety compliance, cash handling accuracy, and proper equipment maintenance. Follow opening/closing procedures and complete operational checklists. 6. Communication & Business Ownership Operate with an ownership mindset by proactively managing business performance. Skills & Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
