Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Trainer & Assistant Manager to help train, coach, and develop our growing team of electrical service technicians. This role is ideal for an experienced electrician who is ready to spend less time on the tools while using their field experience to help others succeed. You'll work alongside our Service Manager, helping technicians master the Aiello Service Call Process while supporting the daily operations of the department. Experience with Nexstar Network or training is a plus, but not required.
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
$80,00-$100,000 + bonus opportunities up to $20,000+

Continued training and professional development to help you succeed in your new role Key Responsibilities Train, coach, and develop electrical service technicians Conduct ride-alongs, role-playing, and one-on-one technician coaching Train and reinforce the Aiello Service Call Process and customer experience standards Support the Service Manager with daily department operations and technician performance Help onboard and develop new technicians while identifying ongoing training needs Coordinate with dispatch to ensure proper job flow and technician utilization Reinforce performance standards, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the department Qualifications Electrical industry experience required. A CT E1 or E2 is necessary Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead without direct authority Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Proficient with computers and scheduling/CRM systems Desire to grow into a senior leadership role We are growing because we hire people who take pride in their work.
