What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting Store Leadership:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing store operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Team Supervision:

Help train, motivate, and guide team members to deliver their best every day.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.

Operational Efficiency:

Drive the success of the store by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Hands-On Work:

Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift (or be willing to learn). What We're Looking For To thrive in this role, you'll need:

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in retail or a similar environment.

Physical Capability:

The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and a willingness to learn forklift operation if you're not already certified.

Strong Communication Skills:

The ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers alike.

Problem-Solving Skills:
