Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Newark, DE. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate sales teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating staff schedules, achieving sales targets, addressing customer concerns, and implementing retail loss prevention measures to safeguard assets. The Store Manager will also influence the overall ambiance and professionalism of the store's environment to align with FORMAL AFFAIRS' brand standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a superior shopping experience. Exceptional Communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with diverse customers. Proven ability in Store Management, including staff oversight, scheduling, and achieving sales goals. Understanding and application of Retail Loss Prevention strategies for asset protection. Leadership and problem-solving skills to handle daily operations efficiently and address challenges promptly. Familiarity with retail operations in apparel or fashion is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by store hours.
