Louis Vuitton is seeking a high caliber, operationally sound, and commercially minded Operations Lead to join its team in our Aventura store. As an Operations Lead, you will be an ambassador of the Brand. You will assist the Operations Manager in leading and mentoring the team. You will proactively encourage the achievement of operational objectives and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered through strong operational support. You will represent the Brand values and demonstrate the Louis Vuitton attitudes towards Clients and team members. Job responsibilities As an Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency and team collaboration by:
Operational Training & Compliance:
Supporting comprehensive training on all operational procedures and communication systems, while guiding store teams on company compliance directives.
Merchandise & Client Delivery Management:
Ensuring the highest standards in preparing and packaging client merchandise and leading all aspects of the client delivery process.
Inventory & Back-of-House Oversight:
Efficiently handling the entire inventory and shipping/receiving lifecycle, alongside maintaining organization and upkeep of all back-of-house areas.
Facility & Systems Support:
Assisting with the maintenance of the store facility and acting as a key on-site resource for technological support and troubleshooting.
Performance Optimization:
Improving business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and facilitating the flow of repairs to achieve aftersales critical metrics. Profile In this role, you will embody a critical set of qualities and skills essential for success, including:
