Job Description

Pro Shop Manager - FM Tennis FM Tennis is currently seeking an experienced Pro Shop Manager for a racquet sports facility located in Boca Raton, Florida. The Pro Shop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pro shop while delivering excellent customer service to all members and guests of the facility. This position plays an important role in supporting the overall racquets program, including member relations, staff coordination, court and lesson bookings, inventory management, and general administrative operations. The Pro Shop Manager reports directly to the Director of Racquets and is responsible for helping maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the facility. As a leader within the racquets program, this individual is expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer service at all times. Requirements Background in customer service and management required Experience in a sports, tennis, pickleball, or fitness facility preferred Tennis or pickleball knowledge preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well with staff, members, and guests Experience with point-of-sale systems and scheduling software preferred CourtReserve experience preferred but not required Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the pro shop and front desk Utilize CourtReserve for court reservations, lesson bookings, and program registrations Assist the Director of Racquets with operational and administrative tasks Supervise and support pro shop/front desk staff as needed Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times Ensure all customer service standards and facility procedures are followed Greet members and guests, answer phones, and assist with general inquiries Respond to emails and member requests in a timely manner Reserve court time for members and programming Record daily sales and maintain accurate transaction records Collect guest fees and ensure payment is received for all services provided Oversee merchandise sales, inventory tracking, and product displays Assist with ordering and maintaining pro shop and office supplies Help maintain organization and cleanliness of the pro shop and surrounding areas Schedule The schedule for this position will vary based on operational needs and programming demands. The role is expected to average approximately 25 hours per week, with a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts as needed. Hours Approximately 25 hours per week. As the Pro Shop Manager, you will serve as one of the primary points of contact for members and guests. Your leadership, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service will help create a welcoming and organized environment for all participants in the racquets program. •Must have relevant tennis/pickleball experience•
